The Indigenous Sports Circle of the Northwest Territories (ISCNWT) is excited to announce an opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as a Program Coordinator. This two-year contract position offers a competitive annual salary of $65,000-$75,000 and is based in the vibrant city of Yellowknife, NT.
Purpose of the Position
The Program Coordinator will have several different responsibilities over the course of their contract. Some of these responsibilities include:
A. Event Management – The Program Coordinator will work alongside the Events Manager in organizing, planning, and delivering all ISCNWT key events.
B. Leadership Development – Work alongside the Leadership Development Manager to help plan and deliver the Aboriginal Coaching Modules, Indigenous Long-Term Participant Develop Pathway, Indigenous communities: Active for Life and all other leadership workshops and programs.
C. Governance – The Program Coordinator will work alongside the Executive Director to help with the governance, policy, sponsorship and day to day operations of the organization.
D. Other Programs – The Program Coordinator will support other work areas of ISCNWT as needed.
