Join Our Team as a Community Development Coordinator

The Indigenous Sports Circle NWT is looking for a passionate and motivated Community Development Coordinator to help grow sport, recreation, and Indigenous traditional games across the Northwest Territories. This permanent, full-time position is based in Yellowknife.

Working alongside our Community Development Manager, you'll help deliver community programming, support Archery NT, Northern Games NT, and Dene Games NT, coordinate events, and strengthen partnerships with communities and Territorial Sport Organizations. The role also supports leadership initiatives and the NWT Sport Airfare Program in partnership with Air North.

We're looking for someone who is organized, community-minded, and excited to make a lasting impact through sport, recreation, and Indigenous cultural programming. Experience in community development, event coordination, or sport and recreation is an asset.
